Elaeagnus 'Quicksilver' is a large, deciduous shrub with silvery, willow-like leaves. Clusters of inconspicuous, yet highly fragrant yellow flowers appear in summer. Tolerant of dry soils and salt, it’s perfect for growing in exposed, coastal gardens.
Grow Elaeagnus 'Quicksilver' in full sun and give it plenty of space to grow. Try it near a bench or path where you can enjoy its heady fragrance. Cut back after flowering and mulch annually with home-made compost.
